My Personal Agent was Pablo, who treated me like family from the start! I had a brief property tour upon arrival, freshened up in my room where my personal items were already delivered and Pablo was ready to escort me to my preferred dining option because I was HUNGRY! Throughout the whole stay, we were in contact through WhatsApp and were thoroughly taken care of in regards to anything I might have needed.
In addition to a Personal Agent, Star Class includes 24/7 room service, a private balcony, coffee machine, plush robes, slippers, and a stocked minibar. There are 5 different accommodation options to choose from depending on your group size and a private Star Class pool to upgrade your outdoor experience as well. This upgrade transforms an already spectacular vacation into a luxurious, tailor-made escape.
Making Friends
Okay, now let’s talk about the monkeys. I participated in a private yoga practice around 7am and between the aggressive wrestling of the tree branches above and the relaxing sounds of the waves crashing on to the beach, I didn’t know whether to be calm or on guard. The monkeys above were either playing, howling, or waiting to make a stealth move into your bag. This was truly the experience of a lifetime! If you visit this property, you’re sure to see monkeys early morning, so don’t ignore the wake-up call!
Aside from the animal friends you make, you will immediately understand why the people of Costa Rica are alone a top reason to visit. The resort staff goes above and beyond in customer service and the way they take care of you. They were enthusiastic to share all that Costa Rica has to offer, even the peninsula’s new resort across the bay – Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. It was wonderful to witness and hear about the destinations growing popularity. It’s difficult to do the people there justice through words, so with that, I will just have to say – go and see for yourself.

- East Sushi & Teppanyaki Bar – Ideal for lovers of Asian cuisine. Here, guests can enjoy expertly prepared sushi and witness the dramatic flair of teppanyaki chefs as they cook meals right before their eyes. It’s a dining experience that combines great taste with entertainment. Our hibachi Chef, Javier was a delight. There was something really special about non-stop laughter echoing the whole restaurant from our table.

It’s the perfect spot to relax after a day of activities or to kick-start an evening of fun. If you’re a fan of Karaoke, I can confirm this is the SPOT to be at!
